FAQ

  • What styles of dance do you offer?

We offer a variety of genres including heels, floorwork, twerk, hip hop, jazz funk, contemporary, technique, and conditioning. Class styles rotate based on instructors and programming — check our Schedule for what’s currently available.

  • Can beginners take classes here?

Yes! Many of our classes are open level and beginner-friendly. Check the class description for any level requirements — if you’re ever unsure, feel free to reach out before booking.

  • Are classes filmed?

Some classes may include optional filming at the end, especially heels or performance-based classes. You’ll always be informed before any camera rolls — participation is completely up to you.

  • What is your refund or reschedule policy?

All bookings are final sale — no refunds, transfers, or reschedules. Please double-check your schedule before committing. For full policies, visit our Terms & Conditions.

  • What should I bring or wear to class?

Come dressed in whatever helps you move confidently and comfortably! For heels classes, ankle-support heels and knee pads are recommended. For floorwork, socks or kneepads, and form-fitting clothes work best. Still not sure what to wear? Feel free to ask your instructor directly — they’ll be happy to guide you based on the style and flow of class.

  • When should I arrive?

Doors typically open 10–15 minutes before class. We recommend arriving early to warm up, stretch, and get settled. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class begins.

Do not park in the parking lot — it is not affiliated with our studio and you may be towed. Street parking is available nearby — plan accordingly to avoid delays.

  • Can I record my own videos in class?

Please ask your instructor before filming any part of class. Personal footage may be allowed during designated times — but we ask everyone to be respectful of others in frame.

  • Do you offer studio rentals or private parties?

Yes! We offer private group sessions, bachelorette bookings, and limited studio rentals based on availability. Head to our Work With Us page to inquire.

  • Where is the studio located?

We’re based in Fremont, CA. Exact address and parking info will be shared after booking your class.

  • Is there an age limit for classes?

Most of our classes are designed for ages 18 and up, unless otherwise stated. We occasionally offe all-ages sessions — keep an eye on our schedule and announcements for those opportunities.

  • Do you host showcases or performance opportunities?

We do! Our studio produces seasonal showcases and filmed performance series that dancers can sign up for. Opportunities vary, so check our schedule, or ask your instructor for upcoming details.

  • What’s your studio policy on safety and inclusivity?

Our studio is a safe space for all identities, backgrounds, and body types. Respect, consent, and community are non-negotiable values here. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

    We ask that all dancers:

Respect each other’s space and boundaries
